We know that times are hard for many groups like yours for several reasons.
Money is tight for the families or members of your group. Between work

At Gellite, we realize that the one thing that is even more scarce than money
for most people and groups is TIME! Because of that, Gellite Candles has
created a very simple fundraising program that offers great products at
reasonable prices. Our entire system is based on 1 piece of paper, our order
form, which features 3 sizes of jar candles in 6 fragrances. Your sellers
simply take the orders and collect the money at the time of the sale, recording
the person and items on this 1 simple sheet.
One coordinator then records each person's totals into a spreadsheet that
checks and cross checks that the total number of candles and the total dollars
collected matches. This spreadsheet is then emailed into us for filling and
the order will be delivered on the specified day.
Some of the other things that we offer that make this one of the simplest
fundraisers that you can do are;
1. Presentation to your parent group. If you are within 50 miles of our
facility, we would be happy to come to your group and present this opportunity
to you in person. If you are outside of that area, we have a video
presentation available that will show you all the benefits of using Gellite
Candles for your candle fundraising.
2. By simplifying the ordering process, there aren't all the complexities of
dealing with multiple forms and tons of paperwork, just to get the products out
to the end purchasers.
3. All orders are individually boxed by seller for easy distribution. All
boxes are clearly labeled as to the seller, sub group such as school name if
multiple schools are selling together, and the contents of the box. This leads
to quick pickups and very few mistakes.
4. These individual seller boxes are then separated by sub group and shipped in
bulk in the most efficient method, ensuring that the candles arrive safely and
in great condition.
But how much can I make?
With our simple line of products, you have the possibility of making a lot of
money very quickly. Let me show you how the numbers add up.
Let's assume each member sells just 10 items (this shouldn't be too hard
between Mom and Dad, Grandmas, Aunts, Neighbors, etc.) and that the average
selling price is $15. (We range from $12 to $22).
While these are just numbers, one recent orchestra group, had 58 kids sell and
they had total sales of over $5400. Your group may or may not do as well. It
just depends on how motivated your members (or their parents) are to having a
great fundraiser. As you can see, with numbers like that, your group could
quickly be on its way to having those much needed funds. And if your target
fundraising amount for this year is less, why not go for a great fundraiser and
be able to start off the next school year or season with some extra reserve
money in the bank.
But not everyone will sell for the group,
I know you are probably thinking. I have 25 members, but they all won't sell
those kinds of numbers. Some won't sell anything. Guess what? You are right.
You will have a certain percentage that won't sell anything, but you will have
a certain percentage that really get involved and sell more than anyone could
imagine. In a local group of 20, we had a couple that sold nothing, a few that
sold a little, and several who sold a lot. Overall, they averaged $370 per
person, way over the $150/person in sales shown above.
How do I motivate sales?
One way to really motivate your team to help sell and raise funds is to offer a

How do we get paid and how long will it take to receive the products?
Getting paid is simple. When your members sell the candles at the full prices,
they collect the money up front. You deposit it all into your checking account
and then you pay us our portion, and you keep the difference right away. No
more worrying about not being able to collect when you are delivering or being
stuck with products that the group has to cover since the products are already
paid for.
Once we receive your payment and the order spreadsheet, our normal
delivery time is approximately 3 weeks and will be predetermined when we
originally agree on your program. This allows you to time your deliveries
around specific holidays if so desired.
